Because of my good fortune can enroll this subject in the last day of register. So, I can to meet with AJ.Gob every week. I decide enroll in Eng-380 because I am interest business. I think that, I can to use in the future. I get many words which concern with business from this class. AJ.Gob has many method of teaching.

This is the first time, I make blog and challenge. It's serious for me because I never do it. I can use full time to learn how can I do it. It's auspicious which I get a new knowledge. AJ.Gob has more understand and kind with every student. I can remember in my problem. I send e-mail to teacher. Teacher answers the question immediately. It's stopped my anxiety. I feel so happy in this course. I am excited on this class. So, I concentrate one's attention with it because it's hardly job for me. However, I apply many things. I will continuously develop.

The customer of Volkswagen group is premium group which the most customers are teenager. The aspirational group has a little bit. When we think about Volkswagen car, we think the luxury and levels of society. We compare that Astern Need (Self - astern recognition status of Maslow's Theory). It show to advertising of brand which it's reflect the luxury and classic of cars. Nowadays, the customer need car which they expect to Customer Perceived Value and Benefit/Cost. The important thing is fixed price moderation. That is matter of course which the customer want high quality and reasonable of price. Volkswagen group can provided about financial service and insurance for the customer.


Agent and distributor of Volkswagen group have interesting with every side. Traditional showroom will change to new which it's advanced services. Whole we will convenience to provide of financing for customer.

My journal - week6

The beginning of class, teacher tells about examination again. It’s making a little serious. Next, she teaches about communication “What is the Heart of communication?” Its get information, understanding your point, infresh the word, persuade and etc.


And the next activity, Oh God!!! This class has funny which teacher can apply to instructor. We are enjoyable with communication game. For the rule, teacher gives me to write some word on the paper. We are divided the groups. We must to communication by signal or body language. Each of group, everybody are not discouraged. The agents of group show a humor that it’s joke in this class.

For the midterm test, I make out time to examination. I will improve about use to inappropriate time.

The subject matter of week is be full-flavored class because coming soon the midterm test of this subject. Teacher can teach about “What you think” and “What you say”. We often speak which we thinking but we must to say politely speech. Beside that, Teacher tell about examination.


In fact that, I am worry both homework and midterm test. In this term, I study 5 subjects which it’s hard study. Teacher is kind-hearted that she postpone for homework. She understands with student. Moreover, she is creative of instruction.


I like group work because we can use it for real life included greeting culture and welcoming dinner. I am crowned in chairman position in Arab Emirate Company. Everybody wear scarf of Islam that it’s impression for me. Everybody have more funny both group work and taking a photograph.

I agree with it. It’s next situation which I must to use it in next time. I think that I will improve for real life. I will make more practice speaking, expression and confident. I get many tips from teacher. Teacher introduces me about putting on airs for interview the job. A lot of thank.

Victoria's Secret web sit begin in 1998 which its have two target; 1)For reinforce and support  the Victoria's Secret 2) For add circulation. I think that it's a good  communication to advertise of product.


Beside that, Victoria's Secret have fashion show in New York. It's show new product like as present. It's more interest with customer. Nowadays,the investment of technology is important because people take an interest with it. The company must take care of retailer such as send e-mails to customer.

Subject matter begin full-flavoured. I think that a business is not easy. We should strategy to create a value with our brand. The important thing, we must to know that “What does a consumer want?”. The method is research and develops. When we know about consumer such as needs, like, value and etc. We will develop.


Marketing plan is more important thing. We can analyze of 4P’s for successful. Beside that, product positioning is a good thing. It has many criterion such as luxurious and price. The last, we have good after service.


The situation of job interview, my group choose Laguna Hotel. I apply job in Guest Service Agent position. I am worry about question because we can without telling the question. Included, everything is absolutely. So, I enjoy in this class. Each of group have various idea. It’s a good experience and impression.

The first part of class, I enjoy with fashion show. Teacher ask for cooperation from model which they are volunteers. They are very confident. They show with together bag that it’s create color in this class. This show meaningful what do women’s bag want?. Answers are beauty, prestige,pride, hope, ambition, achievement, safety, dignity, difference, dream and etc.



Futhermore, I know about Maslow’s Hierachy of Needs Theory included 5 thing. There are Physiological Needs, Safety Needs, Social Needs, Esteem Needs and Self-actualization Needs.

I feel sad. I am hopeless because I meet with bad thing. In first day of term, I am sick. Doctor tell me that I am haemorrhagic fever. Moreover, I must stay at the hospital about 6-7 days. I am worry with my registrations. In the second week of term, I receive a good news because someone are withdraw. When I enroll in this course, I register e-mail in google web for make blogger.

In this course, I know about business included communication in business and presentation. Beside that, there practice about written skill in English. When we think of business,What are you thinking? My answer is contact between customer and owner. In fact that, It’s trade included exchange money, production, marking, seller and service. Finally, I get about business more than the past.
